- What payment methods are accepted?
We only accept bank transfers by default. After placing an order, you will be presented with the payment instructions, including payment details in several currencies.
- When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once we have received the transfer. You will receive an automated email to confirm this, and the order will also reflect as “confirmed” in your account under the “orders” tab.
- How can I see my trade discount?
The displayed price for all items is the “Recommended retail price.” This is the price without your trade discount applied. You can see your exact trade discount on each product page, and you will a discounted total + discount for each item on the cart page. Note: each brand calculates its trade conditions differently. All the trade discounts are calculated on the brand level.
- How can I get the trade conditions for a different brand?
If you are interested in receiving trade conditions for another brand, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get back to you with more information.
- Where do I find brand content?
You can find brand content under the “Media” tab in the navigation menu. You will only see links to brand content for which your account has trade access. The range includes Price lists, look-books, specification sheets, datasheets, and more.
